Stephanie founded Heart & Soul Aging Solutions to compassionately join aging individuals and their families to navigate these challenges while making sure you get the care you deserve by sharing knowledge, advocacy, providing professional support, and giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Our Founder

Stephanie has over 10 years of experience as a board certified Occupational therapist, receiving her Master’s degree in 2012 from College of Saint Mary in Omaha NE. Stephanie has worked in all settings across the healthcare system: inpatient acute rehab and acute care in a large hospital system, over 30 skilled nursing facilities across Nebraska and Iowa, home health, and surgical hospital. Through this experience Stephanie has learned the ins and outs of the ever changing healthcare system and gained a thorough understanding of resources available to the aging population. Stephanie is a Care Manager Certified through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and has achieved Advance Professional status with the Aging Life Care Association.

Stephanie is characterized as a competent and empathetic clinician. Her strong communication and problem solving skills allow her to develop a strong rapport and efficiently and effectively identify clients’ needs and develop personalized goals. Stephanie’s professional experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the ever changing healthcare rules and regulations, costs, community resources, and services available to the aging population. Her positive energy and true desire to serve others makes her a strong and effective advocate for her clients.
